HcG
My good friend Melissa is an RN, and works for Dr. Jansky, my ob/gyn. She suggested that I get a quantitative HcG test done. This is where they measure the HcG levels in your blood about 48 hours apart. If the pregnancy is viable, your HcG levels should double in 48 hours. Mine tripled. I remember having a fleeting thought (and I mean like a fraction of a second), "hmmmm... I wonder if it's twins." Then I blew it off.
